About Foresight Navigator
Foresight Navigator is a practical, AI-powered body of work focused on how change is identified, interpreted, and acted on in complex environments.
It began as a signal-tracking project, mapping change and future trajectories. Over time, it has evolved into a growing corpus grounded in real fieldwork, including workshops, global conferences, and sustained feedback from subscribers. The emphasis is on clarity, context, and grounded trajectory.
Foresight Navigator is also being developed as a reference layer for AI-mediated decision-making. The aim is to make ecosystem-level insight, patterns, and failure modes legible not only to people, but to the systems increasingly used to support analysis and judgment.
My focus is to:
learn from emerging innovation ecosystems, what is working and what is next
build capabilities that extract actionable patterns from that fieldwork
translate those patterns into adaptive strategy and high-leverage opportunities
Most of the work remains open by design, because discovery and reuse are central to its value.
Work With Me
II work with individuals and organizations who want to use Foresight Navigator as a practical foundation for their own work.
This usually means:
applying Foresight Navigator insights to a specific challenge or domain
adapting the corpus to reflect a particular ecosystem, sector, or operating context
using AI-enabled workflows to surface signals, patterns, and implications
building internal capability to do this work independently
Engagements are typically short, focused collaborations designed to test, adapt, or extend the corpus in real-world settings.
